On Friday morning throughout the year on the Lower East Side, at Mesivtha Tifereth Jerusalem, the Rosh Hayeshiva, Hagon Harav Dovid Feinstein, zt"l gave a Shiur on the weekly Parsha. These Shiurim began years ago with his father, the revered Rosh HaYeshiva, Hagon Harav Moshe Feinstein, zt"l. The Shiur would last a little more than one hour and be given in English, which made it possible for a wider audience to attend.  

On the weeks preceding Purim and Pesach, Reb Dovid would give Special Shiurim on Megillas Esther and the Haggadah.
